Therapy for Individuals

Dr Robleda is passionate about finding the best evidence-based approach and the right supports for your specific problem(s) to empower you to build the life you want. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy. Some people seek therapy because they have a specific goal in mind. Others would like to understand the reasons why their past is affecting them today. Some people are experiencing mental health difficulties for the first time, or need therapy as part of their routine management of a chronic issue. Others have a sense that something isn’t ‘quite right’ and they want support to understand what is happening.

Great therapy is about finding the right match and tailoring the right approach to the person’s needs. This is why Dr Robleda draws on a range of therapeutic approaches in her work to support her patients. All of Dr Robleda’s therapies are evidence-based, meaning they have been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of psychological difficulties.

COUPLES

Using an attachment-based Emotion-Focussed Therapy approach, Dr Robleda delivers treatment in a warm, non-judgmental manner, where both parties are encouraged to address unhelpful or dysfunctional patterns of emotion and engagement with one another, in order to build more secure bonds together.
